Invoicing is usually done at the end of the month and can be paid via bank transfer, deposit slip or Twint.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, you may cancel it up to 24 hours in advance without any cost. Otherwise, the full amount of the scheduled appointment will be charged.

Clients usually pay for the sessions themselves. However, I am member of ASCA (Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine), and if you wish, you can inquire if your complementary health insurance partially covers the method: psychosocial counseling - "psychosoziale Beratung ED".
