EN: As a counsellor, I follow the sGfB code of conduct. Counselors do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. All information shared during the sessions is confidential. Recording sessions using any form of electronic media is not allowed without the written permission of all parties. The contact details and protocols of the sessions must be held for 10 year after the closure of the counseling sessions. But please be assured that all information will be kept confidential and will not be shown or discussed with anyone without your written consent. Administrative matters, such as scheduling appointments or online sessions, may involve unencrypted or external communication tools, for example, email, Calendly, Zoom, or WhatsApp. Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please make sure to give as much notice as possible in order to avoid charges. For less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the session fee will apply.

Bei Kündigungen weniger als 24 Stunden im Voraus fallen 100 % der Sitzungsgebühr an.
