Counseling - Individual, Couples and Families
Challenges, difficulties in life or relationships, desire for change, and self-development. Many topics can be worked on with the support of psychological or psychosocial counseling.
As a counselor, I accompany clients in various phases of their lives and support them in their self-knowledge process. My interaction with clients is based on empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard. I offer them a space in which they can take responsibility for their process and develop a new perspective of their feelings and the impacts on their bodies and lives.
The psychological counseling IKP can be assigned to the field of humanistic psychology. I value a holistic approach and use a combination of dialogue and various techniques and interventions, which I adapt to the specific needs of each client. This allows individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging memories as well as identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change. As such, this approach promotes a better understanding of themselves as well as others. It allows the activation of their resources and the establishment of a new strategy aimed at their emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.
